Talk to a person

Waffles is a small operation, not a call centre. One person reads this mailbox and answers it. Below is what to send so the first reply is the useful one.

Email

hello@waffles.cards

We answer in the order received. If something is time-sensitive — a payment you did not recognise, a shipment already in transit — say so in the subject line and it gets read first.

What to include

Every one of these is something we would otherwise have to write back and ask for.

A pack, a pull or your vault

Include your account email and, if you have it, the purchase or card id from the recap screen — it is the fastest way for us to find the exact rip.

A payment or a refund

Include the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. Do not send us the full card number — we never need it and we cannot use it.

Read the refund policy first →

A shipment

Include the card and the delivery address you entered. Shipping questions are answered against the same rates published on the shipping page.

Your data, or deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, immediately, without contacting us — the page shows exactly what is deleted and what is kept before you confirm.

Things you do not need us for

  • Checking the odds. Every band, its published probability and its live stock are on the odds page and on the purchase sheet itself.
  • Checking a rip matched its seed. Every pack has a verify page showing the commitment recorded before the cards were read, the released seed, and a SHA-256 you can recompute in your own browser — proof the deal was not altered afterwards. It is not proof the seed was picked without bias: you do not see the commitment before you buy, and you do not supply a seed of your own.
  • Deleting your account. Self-serve, immediate, with a preview of exactly what goes and what is legally retained.
  • Knowing what a card is worth to us. The sell-back price shown on the card is the price paid — there is no separate advertised rate.
